Refund policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Everything I sell is a digital download: a PDF you get straight away. This page explains what happens if something isn't right. Questions go to hello@tunedouttinnitus.com.
If something's wrong with your download
If a file won't download, won't open, is missing pages or isn't what the product page described, email me within 30 days of buying. I'll send you a working copy, and if I can't put it right, I'll refund you in full. Please include the email address you bought with.
Changing your mind
Because the PDF is delivered instantly, you can't cancel for a refund once you've started the download. At checkout you agree to get it straight away and accept that this ends the usual 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. If you haven't downloaded it yet, email me within 14 days and I'll refund you.
Your legal rights
None of this affects your rights under consumer law where you live. In the UK, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, in US dollars, through Payhip. Your bank or PayPal may take a few days to show it, and any currency conversion is down to them.
Health
My products share what has helped me live with tinnitus. They're not medical advice and can't promise to change your tinnitus, so I can't refund on the grounds that it didn't. If your tinnitus is in one ear only, pulses, or comes with hearing loss or dizziness, please see your doctor (GP).
