Why is tinnitus louder at night?
Tinnitus often feels louder at night for three reasons. The room goes quiet, so the sound has nothing to compete with. Lying still in the dark, your brain pays closer attention to it. And tiredness and stress make everything feel more intense. Each of these is something you can work with, and the guide shows how.
